I believe in a healthy lifestyle and am using this blog to show some of the training that I do. I believe that anything you want to accomplish can be accomplished. I believe that it all has to start somewhere and this is where I plan to show my beginnings. I would like to share and encourage my community to live healthy lifestyles as well. I hope this is informative and fun, but most of all I hope it illustrates the progression from a beginner to an intermediate athlete in different sports as I train for them.
