My Current Triathlon Workout Schedule

Here’s my current workout schedule.  I’m currently following the JTF2 pre-fitness manual for the Canadian Forces.  The link for it is here:

This is my previous workout schedule.  I put in two rest days hoping to get a little more recuperation.  Wednesdays are a BRICK: 20 min run with drills followed by a 30 min swim.
